I have been bringing my dog Daisy here for two years now and I would not go anywhere else. Sharon is so lovely and kind and always makes Daisy look so beautiful. The cut is always so nice and she smells delightful, I love the little touch with the cute little bow too. I'm so happy I found Sharon at jazz up your paws and thank you for taking such good care of my daisy. For anyone needing a groomer I would definitely recommend jazz up your paws.

Highly recommend Jazz up your paws- our cockapoo has been getting groomed there for 18 months and always comes home looking dashing. If he is nervous going in, Sharon takes the time to ensure he is feeling OK before starting. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very good with my Mum's nervous rescue dog. Even managed to give her, her first full bath! Very professional, patient and caring.

My two dogs have started having their coats groomed here since Christmas and won't be going anywhere else from now on. Such a lovely place . Sharon and Kacy did excellent jobs on each, with care and kindness and my dogs look look gorgeous. Little touches like bows etc for their collars is so sweet . Well recommended ❤️

These ladies were amazing with our nervous Border Collie. He came out looking like a totally different dog. They showed him so much care, I couldn’t have been more grateful. We even got this beautiful picture of him.
We sadly lost Alf 6 weeks later very suddenly.

I recently booked my dog in for a teeth cleaning over the phone. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I couldn’t drop her off myself, so my mum did it for me. When I called to check how everything went, my mum informed me that they had mistakenly booked her in for the full grooming package instead of just the teeth cleaning.
Despite my mum calling back to clarify that it was only supposed to be a teeth cleaning, they had already started washing her. When we went to collect her, we were charged for the grooming service(wash and blow dry), even though that was not what we had booked. None of the confirmation messages mentioned the specific service we had booked, so we were taken by surprise.
Additionally, after the teeth cleaning, my dog refused to eat for several days after. Upon inspecting her mouth, I noticed her gums were bleeding. She has had her teeth cleaned before at another groomer, and we have never experienced this issue.
Due to this mix-up and the concerning aftermath of the teeth cleaning, we will not be returning

R is an ex rescue doodle so is very nervous. Think she thinks Mum isn’t coming back… But after a year of treatments at JUYP she comes to appointments more willingly. And returns home fluffier than we can ever make her.

Amazing! We took our very nervous yet playful Lab to Kacy today for a Groom and it seems he had the best time, a very smiley, clean, waggy tailed Pooch came out, he was clearly very much looked after, absolutely brilliant, thank you so much! Kacy is lovely

took mable to get her nails done today after she had a bad experience twice with another place. the lady (I didn't get her name unfortunately) was so calm and caring with mable, mable let her cut her nails 👌🏻 we will be forever returning here thank you so much from me and mable the dramatic pug 🤣

Took our now 11 month old boy here for his first groom and felt at ease the entire time. Sharon had him come in once first to just get used to the grooming equipment and all the noises and to try a bit of a groom without any pressure.
When it was time for his first proper hand strip I was nervous as he can be quite fidgety but Nicci did a fantastic job and he now looks like a proper gentleman! The whole experience seemed stress free and he looked so relaxed when I picked him up. The added bow tie and post groom picture are a cute addition 🤗 thank you so much

I took Max today for a groom. I had previously taken Max to another groomers but they found him too difficult. Sharon is fantastic. When I picked Max up he was happy and relaxed plus he looked lovely. Can't thank Sharon enough for making me happy too. Would highly recommend.

Rhubarb visited Dec 20th. I feel she's in excellent hands and she enjoys herself too. The staff are very welcoming, professional and always give detailed information about the treatment they have provided.

Very happy with the service provided. My dog Jax has separation anxiety and the lovely owner Sharon is always calm and loving with him. The love Jax gets shown puts my anxiety at ease and he always comes home looking great in his bow tie/bandana! Sharon and the team always go above and beyond and her love of animals shines through.

Best dog groomers. Alfie,is a bit of a challenge,and they work with him. I can't rate them high enough. He went to day,and he is looking sharp,and smells lush! Thanks x

They are so good with your babies treat them like they are their own
I always feel at ease when dropped off

Lots of different services to offer from mud wraps to claw clipping
Would highly recommend to friends & family infact anyone looking for a really good kind caring groomers

Sharon was brilliant with our nervous dog Tilly, who has a terrible fear of being groomed. We didn't expect her to be able to do anything and were amazed at what she was able to achieve. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially an owner of an anxious dog.

First time with my Sprocker at Jazz up your Paws and couldn’t be happier. A bad experience with a previous groomer had me nervous but there was absolutely no need. Amazingly friendly and listened to what I wanted. Couldn’t recommend enough 5 stars all the way

highly recommend Jazz Up Your Paws. Sharon is so friendly, understanding and really does provide such an excellent service. she is always willing to help and my puppy always looks, feels and smells amazing after a visit. she quite a nervous puppy but Sharon has been helping her grow in confidence and feel more comfortable at the groomers, she is slowly improving each time. I also really appreciate how honest Sharon is about how my pup has gotten on, it shows just how professional and trustworthy she is and how much she treats the dogs with care and patience.
